Ten Powerful Oils: Lemon

Lemon is one oil that I find myself using almost everyday. I tend to use it most when I'm cleaning by mixing it with vinegar and water for an all purpose spray for counter tops, and as a mixture to wash the floors. I also love to use this as a stain remover! Lemon has several properties including being used as a Diuretic, an Antioxidant, a Detoxifier and a Disinfectant. Lemon can be found in the Respiration Blend, the Cleansing Blend, the Metabolic Blend, and the Invigorating Blend. Lemon blends well withBasil, Peppermint, and Rosemary. If Lemon is used topically direct sunlight should be avoided for twelve hours. Click here to learn more about Photosensitivity.
